If you are a Dell or former Dell employee, you are entitled to a 10% discount. If you would like to establish a discounted rate for your company, please contact us.

· Minimum rental is one week.

· Guest House is offered at $3,500 per week (max occupancy of 8).

· Cottage is offered only in conjunction with the Guest House (max occupancy of 2) at $1000./week.

· Hawaii taxes, clean-out fees and a damage deposit also apply.

· Maid service available for stays over one week.

DEPOSITS and PAYMENTS

· A 50% deposit of rental costs must be received within 10 days of booking your reservation.

· Reservations must be paid in full, including taxes and housekeeping charges, 45 days before arrival.

· A damage deposit must be received within 7 days of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Written notice (e-mail acceptable) of cancellation must be received prior to 45 days of arrival date in order to avoid forfeiture of rental costs. If written notice is received less than 45 days prior to arrival, the full rental cost will be forfeited, unless accommodations can be re-rented.

GUIDELINES

· Sorry, but pets and smoking are not allowed .

· Guests use the facilities at their own risk .

· Children under 14 must be supervised at all times .
